About Me

Hi my name is Lyndsee! I have a rare disease called (EOE) Eosinophilic Esophagitis. I maintain remission by taking medications and following a diet free of the top 9 allergens. Although life with EOE and allergies can be a struggle to navigate, there is more to life than being defined by medical conditions. I believe joy can be found in the journey when I am determined to find the joy. I look forward to sharing my fun experiences and practical life tips that I’ve learned on my journey. Here I will share my life as a lover of Jesus, traveler, recipe creator, and more. I am happy to welcome you to my corner of the internet!
